You realize there’s people graduating college who are only making 15 dollars an hour upon graduation. So the burger flippers, with no skills, should be making the same amount?
And yes, if you can make the equivalent of 60k while living off welfare, you are basically stealing a middle class lifestyle.
You can’t have it both ways, in 1974 I worked for minimum wage which was $2.00/hr at the time. So adjusted for inflation that would be $12.00/hr today. So at $2.00/hr was I making “too much” then per hour in 1974? Is that what you are saying to me?
We have the lowest import tariffs in the history of the USA.
We have the lowest minimum wage(adjusted for inflation) since its inception.
We have income taxes that are not the highest in history but still high.
We have the longest period of high unemployment since the great depression.
