Why shouldn’t he laugh and dance? He knows he’s going to walk. At the very least he’ll be back on the street when he turns 21 with all kinds of street creed. He might even get loose before that with a presidential pardon, after all he could have been Obama. Which brings up the questions: where was Obama when he was 15, 16 and 17 and are there any unsolved murders from those areas and times?
