Actually, that is exactly what racial profiling is. It is the effort by one or more races to demand that the statistics NOT BE USED even when they predict certain kinds of behavior.

The demand that profiling not be used is a demand that the truth be abandoned because of its accuracy.

It is guilt hiding behind the race card.
