In my opinion, Cruz is a natural born citizen because he was a U.S. citizen at birthYou'd be wrong. You might as well say a poodle is a bulldog because he was a dog at birth. Even hussein agreed in Senate Resolution 511 that a NBC is one having TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS and BORN ON US SOIL.

Resolution 511 does not say that NBC requires those conditions.
