I think in the next 10-50 years several European countries - Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Holland, England, France, and possibly others - will see civil war, sharia, and mass emigration of native Europeans, or all of the above.
The one interesting consequence of the Iron Curtain, is the countries behind it were largely spared from the influx of Muslims that have plagued Western Europe, and in the end, those countries may very well be the guardians of Western Civilization as a result.
