I’m with Mullins, the birth cert is a red herring that keeps the focus off the college records.

I have been screaming for years that the real issue is his college records...

They probably have him listed as an indonesian citizen and recieving a foreign student scholarship.

Which means he commited Student Scholarship fraud AS AN ADULT!

Or he is Simply Ineligible...

Either way is FAR more damaging than where praytell he was born or spawned...
