That’s no way to run a legislative branch. We don’t react to threats of a tyrannical executive branch. The House and Senate set the policy and the executive carry it out...anything else needs a court challenge.

Makes one wonder what dirt the NSA (controlled by the executive branch I think) has on congress....
At the very least, Rubio shows a complete misunderstanding or lack of respect for the separation of powers.
