The only one I've ever seen is Flint Rasmussen, and he never did anything political in the shows I attended. He? What rodeo was that? I've never heard of a rodeo with only one clown.

PBR - Professional Bull Riding tour. Rasmussen is a clown clown, not one of the "clowns" who protect the riders. He comes on during breaks in the action and tells jokes, does stunts, gives out prizes.
