Update 4:15 p.m.: The rodeo clown has been banned from participating in the state fair again.
SNIP
Rep. Lacy Clay (D-Mo.), meanwhile, said: I am amazed that in 2013, such hatred, intolerance and disrespect towards the President of the United States could take place at the Missouri State Fair. Our fair is supposed to showcase the best of Missouri, instead, it showed an ugly face of intolerance and ignorance to the world.

Dissent Is Patriotic!!!
LOL Very good!!
Lacy Clay needs to do some studying of history of USA politics to ease her conscience. In fact she only needs to review the last 50 or so years. This the kind of government representative who is handling our Constitutional rights? The state of Missouri should be ashamed of It’s self for acting in such a deprivation of freedom of expression. Maybe there is a civil rights case here. Of course I have to admit I enjoyed what I saw and heard and felt a tinge of truth.
bump
nailed it and worth repeating
The Washington Post considers this news.
They work for BO and they won’t admit it.
They are sold. After how many years as a dynasty business?
Just, sold.
Anyone who wonders what the future holds for BO supporters of any kind is just not paying any attention.
yup
Well, Ms. Democrat suck-ass,
I'm amazed that such hatred for We The People and the U.S. Constitution, as intended, ignoring of laws and selective enforcement of Laws, and disrespect for the OFFICE OF the President of the United States itself could take place BY THE INELIGIBLE TOKEN BLACK jackass that was voter-fraud-elected to the Office, myself.
Get a grip, you fool.
Actually, dressing as a clown is a factual representation of the current Occupant, but the piles of manure around the rodeo corral were more representative of his Agenda.....
They are right.
They showed the ugly face of intolerance and ignorance to the world. (Obama's)
Hardihar. Wish I’d ‘a’ been there.
The Washington Post brought down a president over a case of wiretapping of political enemies.
Now they are reduced to tattling on a rodeo clown to their boss.
That is to what they have been reduced.
That and being sold for cash:
from some publication, dated 5 aug:
The Washington Post Co. has agreed to sell its flagship newspaper to Amazon.com founder and chief executive Jeffrey P. Bezos, ending the Graham familys stewardship of one of Americas leading news organizations after four generations.
Rodeo Clowns do one of the most dangerous jobs imaginable--keeping a dangerous and possibly lethal animal away from a downed rider.
They make it look like fun, but they are athletes who also know animal behaviour at a level where their lives--and the lives of others--depend on it--all jokes aside.
Obama doesn't deserve the honor of having his face on a Rodeo Clown. He isn't the best Missouri has to offer. His face has been the face of intolerance and ignorance in America.
The Rodeo folks are right to issue an apology for doing that...
Something on the order of "We're sorry we used the face of of a man who is ignorant and racially intolerant on one of our clowns. We owe rodeo clowns everywhere an apology, and apologize to any fans who were offended or traumatized..."
Our fair is supposed to showcase the best of Missouri, instead, it showed an ugly face of intolerance and ignorance to the world.
...........................................................
It showed me that the people who run the Fair are a lily livered pack of Obama butt sucking cowards.
I am not from Missouri, but these guys showed me Cowardice.
Where was he when Bush was Prez?
That face was Obama's, "...an ugly face of intolerance and ignorance...", as the pressure for just such an apology proves.
Definitely not the best Missouri has to offer (I'm sure they can do better without dragging an alleged Hawaiian in).
Sometimes an apology isn't an apology, if you get my drift.
“The rodeo clown has been banned from participating in the state fair again.”
Ridiculous. Anyone remember how President George W. Bush was treated?
The only factor I see against the clown's act is that it was at a publicly-funded event. I don't like my tax dollars being used to support leftist causes, so out of fairness maybe tax dollars should not be used to poke fun at Obama either (as much as I hate to admit it).
What state fair or other officials ever apologized for Reagan, Nixon, and Bush masks?
Signs that said such things as:
Save Mother Earth, Kill Bush
A protester with a sign saying Kill Bush and advocating that the White House be bombed, at the March 18, 2007 anti-war rally in San Francisco.
A protester with a sign showing Bush being beheaded.
These went pretty much unreported by the Left.
Lots of pictures from the hypocrites on the other side of the aisle at this site:
