The baby-killers' (Margaret Sanger et al) original intent was eugenics, to obliterate the "black race". Now it is one of the tenets of the movement to destroy the nuclear family, by removing the consequences of unwanted pregnancy including the stigma, and promoting what the Hippies called "free love"...feral breeding. As baby-killing gains popularity, it also has the effect of cheapening life for the RAT "Culture of death".
The packer/muncher agenda also seeks to destroy the basic family structure by mocking normal male/female relationships (breeders) and harvesting their children to replenish their numbers.
