you just dont know how bad it is. speaking for polk cty and a mother who has had 1 of 5 kids tangled up in the juvenile system...
its a good ole boy system here. my main beef is with the legal system not necessarily the cops. the line at bartow court house some mornings wraps around the bldg . looks like they are giving away free stuff.
never seen so many people who have had some sort of run in with the law.
We also have a problem with the Lakeland Florida police dept. having sex on duty,,, In the jail building, in the court house,with each other and people in custody and the media is doing a good job covering it.BUT, the police chief(a woman)
hasn’t fired anyone as of yet. This has been going on for months.
