What is YOUR assessment?

Well, after being called a copsucker, a troll, sick, a bootlicker, supporting the cops every chance I get, ignoring the 4th Amendment and having a secret hidden agenda, etc., etc.....lol..

Here is my assessment, based on the video and article...

A armed massive show of force at 1:30 a.m. because of slightly overdue $1000 civil fine/fee not paid to government?

This is totally uncalled for and beyond outrageous. If accurate this is clearly Nazi style behavior which is becoming common place in America. Have these agents of the government never heard of wage garnishment or tax liens for civil issues?

If they had a warrant, why did they not say so? If they had a warrant, why just knock down the door? Why would it take them 30 minutes of knocking on the door if they had a warrant? This reeks really really bad.

The occupants asked repeatedly why they were there, and I never heard a response.

In addition, to show how stupid the cops were, they were not even capable of disabling the cell phone video/audio, after they finally gained entry. Since the video/audio continued to run, this enabled everyone to hear these LEO's threatening these people and acting like GD gestapo/Nazis.

To summarize my opinion, these cops were totally out of control and unprofessional. In fact, if they had a warrant, whoever in local govenrment authorized the warrant and gave the nod to raid this home at 130 a.m., over a 1000 dollar unpaid civil fine, should be immediately fired and possibly prosecuted criminally.

All the LEO's in this incident should also be terminated from employment due to very unprofessional conduct not to mention being totally inept.

Considering the lack of professionalism and this govenrment response over an unpaid civil fine, the occupants of this home are lucky they didn't get shot to death and have their home burned to the ground, WWII Nazi style.
