First of all, the mother is admitting in the video she has had run ins with the police before.
Second, why do they stop insisting the police have the wrong house? You open the door immediately and point to the house numbers if you are completely innocent and they really are at the wrong place. Something about this doesn’t smell right.

The story says that they were there because the mother owned a $1000 fine. It doesn't sound like they were at the wrong house, only going about collecting a $1000 fine the wrong way.
