Actually, the best way to figure the one that is next is to look at each one and see which have had the liberal/progressive running things for the longest. Then there are smaller cities like Ann Arbor and Kalamazoo Michigan which very liberal but doing pretty good as long as the tax dollars keep rolling in to the universities.
