There is something WAAAYYYY wrong with this story. Snakes don’t go on murderous rampages. Five and seven years old? That’s pretty big food. Snakes eat what they kill and they don’t have dessert. There is more to this story. St00pid reporting here.

But, the bottom line is there is an autopsy being done. We’ll know. FWIW, the snake WAS captured in the apartment.
The guy is saying that the python, 14-16 feet long, was always considered vicious. It got into the ventilation system, went overhead into the apartment and above the boys, PUNCHED A HOLE IN THE CEILING, and dropped through the ceiling and crushed them.
I think the guy has some distinguishing characteristics of a child predator.
I am now skeptical.
There seems to be no doubt that the python was in the apartment, because it seems to have been captured there.
That doesn’t mean the snake owner didn’t intentionally release the snake into their room.
I’d check them for sexual abuse.
