Libya's prime minister went to Benghazi a few days after the consulate attack. He wanted to investigate Obama’s claims that rioters protesting a video were responsible. He said that the attack was conducted by a Libyan group who were paid and led by “foreigners.” These foreigners could have been from Syria, Iran or even Russia.
