Please ping me with any Southern California related articles. Thank you!
If you want on or off this ping list, please FReepmail me.
Yes, baseball is very fun to watch.
Per AnntennaWeb, I need at least an outdoor medium directional with amp (network stations) or large directional with amp (all local stations). So I can do about as well with the boost fully up on the rabbit ears I got in rural Arkansas (couldn’t find enough boost on the rabbit ears they sell in the city.)
If I drop FIOS and need more than an emergency solution, I’ll try an attic mount first.
With exception of NCIS Homeland and series finale of Dexter
Person of Interst I really don’t give rat you know what of CBS or Showtime
With Showtime I tick off they cancel Borgias
That show rocks
Better to have more antenna (multi-element Yagi) than you need. Rabbit ears provide little gain.
Perhaps you didn’t understand my position.
I don’t care whose fault it is that I’m not getting what I paid for. That’s not MY problem.
If I go to McDonald’s and order the Big Mac meal, I expect it to come with fries ... or I expect a discount. I couldn’t care less if McDonald’s has a dispute with the potato cartel. And I don’t care if the potato cartel is withholding the potatoes ... or if McDonald’s is refusing to buy the potatoes.
Note please that if CBS is “withholding its programming” then TWC isn’t paying for it. Thus ... TWC is paying less than before. But I’m still paying the same thing. And getting less.
Since posting this I’ve received an email from TWC saying they are going to credit customers for the days they are without the channels. So ... apparently my complaint was either unwarranted ... or TWC got enough complaints like mine that they corrected themselves.
Do any of these antennas work good indoors? I can’t put an outdoor antenna up (Townhouse).
I’m not completely sure, but I believe Clinton was President when the retransmission fees law was passed.
Norton Internet Security blocked that download as unsafe.
If you mean the adverse-tisements on the website, that can be dealt with a couple of browser addons. Ghostery and Adblocker are the ones I rely on most, but you should not be installing anything at all no matter what the banners tell you.
I did know someone who put one up inside his attic and it worked great. Actually it was more of a storage area as you could barely stand. He modified the pole so that he could fasten it to a 2x4 to keep it from moving. They do sell indoor digital antennas that may be better suited.
Thanks. I tried using Firefox where I have adblocker installed and I was able to watch the latest epiosde. I got the warning when I tried explorer.
Anyways, glad you found what you were looking for. I thought I had made it clear before that the site hosts no videos whatsoever there, only pointers and links to vids available for viewing elsewhere. Do not allow any "WARNING" banners, popup "Click Here" notices, or "Speed Up Your Download Now" invitations to entice you to install anything. Simply scroll through the links one by one until you find one that works for you and remember that they are all common format vids. No additional software proggie is necessary to view it/them.
