FORT SMITH, Arkansas, Would a traditionally red Arkansas support Hillary Clinton should she decide to run for President in 2016. While the idea may be brushed off at first, when looked at more closely, it is not as far-fetched as it might appear.

Previous attempt to post by the author failed, thread was broken and unable to receive replies, in the total absence of feedback, I'm assuming that this was the only reason it was pulled.
To summarize:
1. 32% republican, 30% democrat, and the remainder leans more r than d.
2. R's rule the legislature
3. Disapproval of Obama's performance ~60%, coattails
4. She "comes across as" too liberal. no kidding?
5. Too old.

I have heard, just anecdotal evidence, that some in Arkansas dislike the Clintons because they chose to leave the state. Have the Clintons even been back to Arkansas at all since they left to go to Washington when Bill became president? Some in Arkansas feel that they have forgotten where they came from, which could translate into many Arkansas voters not voting for Hillary if she runs for president.

Yeah they come back here for events and being honored for this and that.
Bill was at a mutual friends funeral not that long ago.
One of my friends says that an aide of his came over to her and said “Would you like a picture with the President?”
She agreed and next thing you know he was trying to get her number lol!

I will fill this story with all the stories about how ‘Bama’ couldn’t/wouldn’t win a second term.

I met a woman from Arkansas last year who told me the only reason there was support for Bill Clinton's Presidential campaign coming out of Arkansas was because Arkansonians saw it as the only way to get rid of the Clintons.

Yep.
When Hillary tells stories of the glory years when Arkansas sired a President in her phony redneck drawl, Arkansas will fall like a domino into her camp.

She will not carry the state in a general election but will easily win the dem primary. I live her.
To: Dilbert San Diego
BJ's Prez Library and Trailer Court is in Little Rock. I think he shows up there occasionally.

Not in Arkansas, but she'll carry the general election nationwide with her eyes closed. Remember, it was close with Hussein, but the morons still elected him.

No sure if he said it best or not, but I sure wouldn’t have been the first one to stop clapping after he did say it. ;-)
