AFAIK, they weren't Stingers. In all likeliness they were Chinese FN-6's or possibly Soviet SA-7's. They were Muammar Qaddafi's inventory.
Point taken, however we really don’t know yet WTH Obama was giving the terrorists. Not yet. Just various reports. I don’t trust much coming out of our government or media these days....lol.
