How does Obama do this anyhow? Is he a dictator, a king? How can he wave his hand and some special few are exempted?He found out early on that no one has the guts to stop him. Congress, GOP, Supreme Court. "We, the People" had a chance last election, but although they hated most of his ideas, they voted for him since he seems like "such a nice guy" To them, anyway.
