These things take time.

How many years has it been since Fast & Furious?
Why cannot it be that the agency could be defunded/disbanded because it's whole reason of existence is anathema to the Constitution: Seriously, it unlawfully* controls commerce of specific items, some of which [arms] are particularly protected from infringement** under laws which are Ex Post Facto in nature.

* Ddespite what the USSC says, the commerce-clause does not mean that the government can control commerce to the degree it does. The clause places commerce between the states on the same level as between foreign nations: if the federal-government asserted its intent/power to regulate in foreign countries as it does in the states, it would be a declaration of war.

** Firearms, and the 2nd Amendment. Logically the Bill of Rights amends, and therefore alters the Constitution. As it says in the preface: THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added [&heellip;] See? Restricted!

*** This is due to the gun-control law making sentenced-felons (even ex-felons, those already having served) ineligible to buy weapons, even after serving their sentences. (This is even according to the USSC's definition of Ex Post Facto; See Calder v. Bull.)

DOJ is unconstitutional?
They surely are acting in such a manner and it is difficult to get at them at the moment.

I never did get the back story on how they cleared those arms via State Dept.

Hillary Clinton said no such ITAR request was ever received. from DOJ

Obama has to many Czars in place

Issa says they are making progress in the IRS matter.
They did prove that is was not rogue agents in Cincinnati IRS.
It went to DC.
Lois Lerner is due back for hearings.

Obama is swamping the Gov and the people with So Much BS that people lose interest in yesterdays scandal and it quietly fades.

Can anyone explain why the massive data collection center in Utah is a good thing? Isn’t there another one in New Mexico or something as well?

It just makes me wonder, if they are not collecting and storing info, why the enormous set of buildings? Thanks for your help
