Information overload. The computers spit out only the names and info that match preset criteria. There are not enough human agents to then vet those names and info. However, if an op enters a name or SS# or what have you then he gets all the info for that entry and sends the drones or just checks your cell phone to find out where you are right or looks at the set-top-box camera/mic data to see what you were doing last night in front of the TV in your bedroom.

I agree that this is targeted.
I do not believe they are looking at EVERYONE ALL THE TIME.
It is to much data.

Snowden would have you believe that.

Heck, I cannot keep up with live threads on FR LOL
