It may be off topic, but just for the record, I wonder why clear headed and direct speakers like the judge are NOT in Congress and are only on the news outlets.
Because even IF you don't or CANNOT agree with one thing the judge says... clear, direct and succinct focus and expression have to be admired and should NOT be the exclusive assets of ‘journalists’.
I see this and I remember growing up and listening to politicians. No matter their views or their respective party affiliation... I could always respect and admire their command of the issues and their professional speaking. It was obvious that they were experienced and skillful statesmen and even scholars, in most cases.
Now when I listen to ‘politicians’ I could scream... where DO these ignorant, mis informed, unprincipled and completely uneducated clowns come from?
I have in my personal acquaintance several friends and associates who s^%$ out daily MORE understanding of issues and policy than any five of these idiots put together...including our ‘President’ who is an new and frightening benchmark for mediocrity in leadership!
The best indicator of a PHONY ADMINISTRATION is the number of its REAL SCANDALS.

* Trillion Dollar a year Federal Overspending
* Monthly violations of the US Constitution by Obama
