“The phrase about “allegiance” is SPECIFICALLY placed in the Amendment to take care of the children of DIPLOMATS and other similar circumstances.”

The father of the 14th Amendment was not talking about children of diplomats and other similar circumstances. Learn to read. He states specifically:

“EVERY HUMAN BEING born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))

You understand what ‘Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States’ means right?

How, exactly, does ANYTHING in this particular post refute me or support you?
What you have posted is not relevant, and is not at all helpful to anyone in this discussion.
YES, those born on US Soil who are not the children of diplomats (LOOK IT UP, THAT IS THE SPECIFIC REASON FOR THAT LANGUAGE AND YOU ARE WRONG ON THIS POINT) -— anyway, those born on US Soil ARE US Citizens if they are under the jurisdiction of the US at birth.
Please quit dragging out the 14th Amendment, it does NOT apply to this discussion. The author of the 14th was worried about former American slaves. There was NO NEED for that author to speak about citizenship requirements for those born on foreign soil, so he did not do so.
