I believe what is the vast majority of legal opinion.
I believe that Citizen at the Moment of Birth is the very definition of Natural Born Citizen.
I believe that CONGRESS is the final authority on this matter, and that the Courts will NEVER rule on the matter, as Congress was specifically given this authority.
The Congressional Research Service agrees with me.
