Please read the rules a bit. Congress has changed the rules a few times.
We are in perfect agreement that birth on United States Soil (Or territory) is NOT required for Citizenship at Birth.
The best way to get the United States Government’s opinion of valid Citizenship is to go to the State Department website and look at an application for a Passport. Click on the information concerning claims of birthright citizenship for those born on foreign soil

Naturalization statute may vest citizenship at any point. It may be at birth; or upon the naturalization of the parent(s); or, for those after 18 years of age, upon completion of a process.

A Certificate of Citizenship is issued upon request to a person born outside the United States who derived or acquired U.S. citizenship through a U.S. citizen parent. (documentation requirements must be met)

A Naturalization Certificate is issued to a person who became a U.S. citizen after 18 years of age through the naturalization process.

You live in a strange frightening little world. You don't know what something means until an "Authority" tells you what it means, AND you think they can change the meaning as it suits them?

George Orwell predicted this world. You want to live in it.
