You can not point to a single living legal authority who agrees with your stupid ideas.

And Again! Samba everybody! Listen to the Parrot.

Twist the rules all you want, but that is the truth of this matter. Twist logic and reason and the language all you want, but the truth remains:

You are simply the stupidest person I have yet met on Free Republic. You are weapons grade stupid. Squeekee Frome was the only other person who even came close. She was a special class of stupid, but she would have to take stupid lessons to get as stupid as you.

I see we have another point of disagreement. Looking at how this Congress, all members, is/has been a big disappointment for me and I don’t consider them/it on my side. For what it is worth and I believe a whole lot for the USA I served in WWII, the Constitution and the intent of the Founders trumps Congress, President and Supreme Court. It was intended to be such and will remain such if citizens care for such.

The Country does not agree with your view of the Constitution.

And another variation on the same theme. Samba everybody!

And of course, Cruz was born in 1970, so Ted Cruz was a U.S. Citizen at the very moment of birth.

Repetio ad nauseam.

GBA writing to a parrot:
Bless you, brother, you know not what you do.

Not knowing what he does is his forte.

He must think that he is qualified and if he thinks that he is qualified then he will have the proof. Nothing so far indicates that Cruz would lie or obfuscate the law. He has a brilliant legal mind and has an IQ of 168 and a haaavaaad law degree. He went to Iowa so I think we will see him run and by the grace of GOD, I hope that he wins. If he is not qualified, I do not think he will run. We shall see.

Perhaps this is why NO legal authority agrees with you?

And there it is again! Samba everybody!

And, I'm not going to do that with you and will fight against you. Why?

The Honor Code I grew up saying still says that's wrong.

You are fighting against the wrong thing. You are fighting against the Founders and against the Constitution.

There is not a single quote from any Founder or Framer or any member of their generation that defines "natural born citizen" as "born on US soil of two citizen parents."

Not one.

And literally EVERY major early legal expert who spoke clearly on the matter - LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE ONE - Rawle, Tucker, Swift, Sandford, the Madison Administration (via James Monroe), Bayard, and (indirectly) Marshall, Story, and Kent - ALL say, in one way or another, that birthers are full of shit.

Every one of them.

It is literally unanimous.

School won't help you Jeff. What you need is a sanitarium. Might I recommend this one? Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital

The majority of legal and political opinion has always been against you.

If this were a drinking game, we would all be hammered.

Ole'!

He's qualified.

"It is not necessary that a man should be born in this country, to be 'a natural born citizen.' It is only requisite that he should be a citizen by birth, and that is the case with all the children of citizens who have ever resided in this country, though born in a foreign country."

- James Bayard, A Brief Exposition of the Constitution of the United States (1834)

Bayard's exposition, including his comments on Presidnetial eligibility, were approved by "The Great Chief Justice" of the US Supreme Court John Marshall, by legendary Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, and by the almost-as-famous Chancellor James Kent - no less than three of our greatest early legal experts. It was also approved by "other distinguished jurists" as well.

These men knew the Founding Generation, and they knew what they meant when they wrote "natural born citizen."

Cruz is eligible.

The statute was not “retroactive”.

No you idiot, it was Proactive, meaning before the fact. It's still a "naturalization statute."

The statute was in effect prior to and at the time of Cruz’s birth.

You are really a waste of time for better informed people. Were it not for the comedic relief you bring, it would be pointless to post messages to you.

Well, I think it’s fair to conclude that if you know of any school text books that support your claim, you’ll let us know about it and that if you don’t, you just don’t. That’s not your fault. Orly Taitz didn’t write any text books for schools.

How about this one?

Meaningless drivel arranged in the form of letters. But at least you didn't say "EVERY LIVING AUTHORITY IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE THROUGHOUT ALL TIME AND SPACE AND UNTO THE ENDS OF ETERNITY AGREES WITH ME!"

At least probably not till your next message anyway.

Show us your misguided “authorities” so that we can then show you WHY that false information was corrected, later.

Not exactly the same thing you always say, but i'll take it anyway!

there would be a living legal expert quoting sources and making this case.

Same thing with this one. As long as he says "Expert" or "Legal" or "Authority", i'm gonna go with it.

Dance everybody!
