Obama is acting like a monarch — he doesn’t need Congress, just signs executive orders to do whatever he wants.
Isn’t there some way to challenge this — Congress should look into this, how can he keep bypassing Congress?! There must be a limit of what can be done by executive orders.

The House approved a bill to rescind the executive order President Obama signed last week that ended the pay freeze on federal employees, which meant that some federal workers would be getting a raiseincluding members of Congress.
AND - this was introduced, but results are unknown (probably did not pass).
