That is NOT a “black power fist”. It IS a statue of the forearm and fist of Joe Louis the great heavyweight champion of the `30s who was a native of Detroit and is still a revered individual in that town. Note, the Red Wings play in Joe Louis Arena.
They have plenty of cameras around there. Why are they afraid to show what the damage was?
