Correct. You cannot force people to live together. The whites as usual will just move out to another predominantly white area and leave the old now destroyed neighborhood behind. I have had to do it 3 times.

What is he going to do about so many communities that have Strict HOA policies?
No parking your car on the grass or leaving some broken down junk vehicle in front of your house.
Grass has to be mowed and no wash machines allowed on the front porch.
No crazy psychotic music after 11 p.m
People move to communities where they feel safe to raise their kids, to live in an area where people take care of there homes, and where they don’t have to listen to a police helicopter overhead nightly.
You cannot force people to live with people they do not want to live around....
