“The Amanda show.” My daughter, and therefore I, watched it when she was a preteen. To be honest I could sense something was a little “off” even then. Just chalked it up to her maybe being hyper by nature or that perhaps that’s what the director’s wanted. She could very well be schizophrenic, poor girl:(

I watched The Amanda Show with my sons. The spoof on Harry Potter was hysterical.

She reminds me of a manic-depressive (now called bipolar) who is more manic than depressive. The most difficult feature of this is that they have no insight. They don't think their sick. It is a true psychosis. The more manic they become the more bizarre they are. Especially as they sleep little in this stage. Delusions of grandeur are also a key feature. It could be schizophrenia. Sad really.
