I will call him a race bating liar. Cartoon is spot on, and gets my vote for the year for telling it exactly like it is.

Look at the contemporary newspaper cartoons made during the US Civil War, this is nothing.

Call Al Sharpton a radical. Call him a hero. Call him divisive. Or call him an acitivist (sic).

I have other things that I'd call $harpton (and it isn't the "n-word" or anything like it), but my post would be pulled.

They’re “appalled” because they’ve been programmed to associate lynching with slavery and racism. Lynching was simply the preferred method of summary execution adopted by vigilantes early in our history, and was doled out to whites and blacks alike.

That's pretty odious...but then “odious” is a word that can legitimately be used to describe that punk.

I assume this is by Michael Ramirez.
He was a personal friend/acquaintance when he was the editorial cartoonist for the Memphis Commercial Appeal. He was also a great conservative, as well as a Pulitzer Prize wining editorial cartoonist.

Sharpton’s behavior is appalling when seen simply in black and white. Don’t shoot the messenger. That’s what reporters do.
