Bused 500 thug supporters into DC for a rally? EPIC FAIL...

First if the lamestream media reports 500 people showed up at one of these rallies my guess is that it was closer to 200.

A dozen years back a small city decided it was going to try and annex the small airport community where I live. By the time that I heard about it, everyone said it was a done deal because the other neighborhoods surrounding us supposedly wanted it. Airports which are annexed by small cities are generally are gone within a few years because they get regulated and taxed out of existence.

I had just three days notice before the city council meeting where this action was to be decided. I took the day off from work. I printed up fliers. And I visited every house on the airport, 114 all told. I asked that every family come to express their dissatisfaction with the idea. On the night of the meeting the council members were confronted with hundreds of angry residents their families and their friends. It actually turned a little ugly. The city hasn't made an attempt to annex us since.

So if these government funded malcontents were only able to get 500 people to show up for their rally, and one person with an ink-jet printer, a little imagination and some determination is able to get nearly as many to show up angry at a city council meeting then I agree... EPIC FAIL!
