On one occasion, so it was narrated, Stalin called for a live chicken and proceeded to use it to make an unforgettable point before some of his henchmen.
Forcefully clutching the chicken in one hand, with the other he began to systematically pluck out its feathers. As the chicken struggled in vain to escape, he continued with the painful denuding until the bird was completely stripped.
“Now you watch,” Stalin said as he placed the chicken on the floor and walked away with some bread crumbs in his hand. Incredibly, the fear-crazed chicken hobbled toward him and clung to the legs of his trousers.
Stalin threw a handful of grain to the bird, and it began to follow him around the room, he turned to his dumbfounded colleagues and said quietly, “This is the way to rule the people. Did you see how that chicken followed me for food, even though I had caused it such torture? People are like that chicken. If you inflict inordinate pain on them they will follow you for food the rest of their lives.”

stalin plucking chicken story
A percent of taxes from blacks will be used to support those blacks who can't support or feed themselves. The taxes collected and given to the fund would be managed by black politicians - as they see fit. They could hand out money in the form of 'disability' or food stamps or whatever - but all of it would come from taxes collected from blacks. Any money left over would go to black politicians for their slush / I mean rainy day funds...
Same for white and Hispanics etc... We would pay our taxes with a percent set aside for white care giving. Same with other groups. I'd like to see how ‘generous’ blacks would be if the money was coming out of their own pockets... and how generous white, Asians and Hispanics would be...

It’s an age old challenge; we can live like chickens or live like men. Even Stalin knew that some people just have to be shot.
It’s also BS. SOME people may be like that chicken, but others of us are not. I’m certainly not.
But then, my favorite Old Testament book is Ecclesiastes. Whenever I read it, I read it cover to cover. It makes me fairly immune to this stuff.
Stop paying your taxes and you'll soon find out just how free you are and who in fact 'owns' you.
