President Obama joined the national conversation on race Friday, addressing the death of Trayvon Martin, the slain Florida teenager whose main offense seems to have been his skin color. Straight out of the gate with a heaping pile of crap. There's still no evidence that skin color was the main reason Zimmerman found Martin suspicious, and Martin's main offense was not his skin color but rather repeatedly slamming Zimmerman's head.

Mule cookies. Obama was saying, “I’m one of you, brothers. And if you shove and shove a little more, some white crackers gonna shoot one of you, and then we can declare all kinds of war. And then I can federalize the national guards and the local police forces. “

The people who object to Obama saying that we need to bolster and reinforce our African American boys are just in the way. We've been bolstering African-American boys for a half century now. We give them the Head Start program when they're young. Then we pour billions of federal government dollars into urban schools. We give their mothers reduced price housing and relocate them to cover areas via Section 8. We give them a greater advantage over all other applicants in getting into college via Affirmative Action. We have countless programs to help boost black boys self esteem along the way. The price tag for the above over the past half century runs into the trillions. It's not working.

Odd headline.
Almost as if the editor wanted people to associate it with “I am not a crook”

If TM was of age and armed, and attacked GZ with a gun instead of his fists, TM would have been charged and correcly convicted of murder, as he was clearly the aggressor.

... he could have been NoLimitsNigga 35 years ago. So,stolen women's jewelry...we already knew about the dope...and according to Ms. Jeantel's interview on CNN, afraid he was being followed by a "rapist" - ie literally a homophobe...but then that would have been before his views on gay marriage evolved......

“Something about how he barged in a press conference and with half lidded eyes looking down and mumbling something about TM then leaving? Like he smoked a joint before?”
Strange, I thought the same thing as you.

What the president did was make himself relatableYep - it is now much easier to see how much he resembles and relates to Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and other race baiters.

addressing the death of Trayvon Martin, the slain Florida teenager whose main offense seems to have been his skin color. Strangely enough, I didn't hear that mentioned once in GZ's trial. I heard that TM was pounding the crap out of GZ using the sidewalk as a weapon.

Actually, conditions in the Black community improved continually from the end of slavery to about 1965, when they got in bed with Big Government. Since then it's been down hill.
President Obama, slavery is at fault? Really.

President 0bama joined the national conversation on race Friday...WHEN??
The ever incendiary Il Supremo CREATED the "national conversation" last year when he referred to the druggie, thief and thug as "my son." The MSM just carried the ball from there and has force-fed and stuffed this story like a Christmas goose.

Some accuse 0bama of race-baiting and stoking racial tensions. But thats not fair...Why isn't it "fair" again? Oh, never mind. Let's just get to the "fair" stuff...like the notion that most Blacks fantasize about the day Whitey is disarmed, in chains, and picking cotton while whipped.
