When does the President have the authority to just give tax money to anyone he wants? Damn dictator!
Was it really all tax money? Couldn’t it just as well have been money from Iran or money from the PRISM CEOs? Even worse, did any of that $8 billion come from the fundraiser Obama attended while Benghazi was burning?
