Les will say "owning Detroit, how cool would that be." He'll then make a low-ball offer of $35 for the city.
Seth will get all irate and say something like "Les, don't be stupid. We'll never be able to make any money with a piece of crap like Detroit."
Ashley will start yelling at Seth, and the whole deal will fall apart.
Les and Seth will be bugging out for Lapeer once the Detroit Cops figure out what this means to their pension and benefit packages.
