The last excellent recent Rush show I remember was on 7/3/13, when he actually gave credit to FReepers for pre-empting the Tea Party movement by over a decade. He had an interesting interview with James O'Keefe as well that day.
Other than that recent show, I can't remember when Rush had what I'd call a "stellar" show. He was good before the 2012 elections though. I give him a lot of credit for not taking any time off in the run-up to the election...
As far as adding "fun" into Rush's political discussions, most of us miss the days when he would liven up his show with those fantastic Paul Shanklin parodies. Haven't heard any of those in ages on Rush's show...
lol, the only stellar show is when Freepers get a mention? I’m beginning to see your thought process.
btw, he wasn’t making fun of her dialect, he was informing millions of people who did not see her or hear her what she actually said that proved the jurors correct. I thought it was great because I had not heard her, and it really focuses on the culture problems the nation has.
Maybe Shanklin doesn’t have anything new, who knows.
Yeah I gotcha, can’t argue with anything you said,talk—15 hours to fill per week— is a lot harder than most realize.I still say he should go to callers.
