Other factors can and often do cause fatty liver. Malnutrition is one, especially when there is not enough protein in the diet. I doubt at his age he had abused any drug long enough or heavily enough that it caused liver damage. Of course, you are free to believe whatever you choose.

You have already. A healthy young normal male does not exhibit the onset of cirrhosis. The admission of LEAN abuse is consistent with the autopsy findings.
Malnutrition is one, especially when there is not enough protein in the diet.
How malnourished did Trayvon appear to you? He seemed quite developed for his age with well developed muscle mass.
