BTW - why is Terrible Terry McCauliffe running in VA and not in his home state of NY?

I remember when he was taking the Clintons on a tour of CNY to show them is home turf.

Because he's lived in Virginia most of his adult life. Why isn't Liz Cheney running in Virginia.
