However, as much as I believe Reagan was a great president, he also expanded government and signed amnesty into law in 1986. There was also the Iran-Contra affair. So as much as I admire him and believe he was one of the best presidents we’ve had (Dwight D. Eisenhower is very underrated, by the way), Reagan wasn’t perfect either.
