You could not be more wrong. There is no love lost here in Kentucky between the two. McConnell strongly backed Paul's opponent in the Republican primary. If McConnell gets primaried, and I pray he does, I suspect Rand will return the favor.

Maybe “top supporters” was a bit strong. But I was just saying that it’s not like Rand Paul hasn’t supported any establishment types or played the same games everyone else does.
