Actually, that sounds like something the Obama administration would do. Media bias is not illegal, and we don't want the federal government to be setting up media-review tribunals.

More to the point is that some people actually do believe that, as stated in the Bible, even in the midst of the worst evil the good Lord still provides the need of those who give Him full credit for doing so. We don’t have all these imaginary resources to deploy... and God does not expect us to deploy them either if they are not at hand. We do need to follow His plan of love if we want to be blessed and to effect blessings in the world. That’s quite upside-down from what the world does, which is to rage at every obstacle.

That is true, and such panels would undoubtedly be abused. But it grates on me that they get away with lie after lie and bear no responsibility for the consequences.
