Protecting and serving whom is the question....
Lt. talking about the police finally getting around to proclaiming these people to be committing civil disobedience, unlawful assembly, etc. Why has this taken so long. The Lt. admitted that the method they’ve been using of trying to contain them hasn’t worked. Well DUH!
