Why is it that before the trial he has to be called an alleged murderer, but after his acquittal he's a full-fledged murderer?

Whether she was expressing her personal opinion or the position of the State could be argued, and the difference may matter.
As I told another poster, I'm a GZ supporter all the way. Please don't misunderstand my comment to mean whether he is a "murderer" is arguable.
I just mean there are arguments she could make surrounding the comment being true/false, personal/official, etc. If he sues her, I hope all her arguments to that effect fail. I'd love to see all of these filthy prosecution as*h*les selling oranges on the side of the freeway.
