There are few things I would agree with Dershowitz about when it comes to politics. However, I do believe he would make a great SCOTUS Judge because he understands the law far more clearly than 99% of his peers.
He has provided the most accurate legal analysis of this case from the start.

yep ... Dershowitz not only understands the law and constitution (most of the marxists like obama and holder do, BTW) ...
the difference is that Dershowitz RESPECTS the constiution ...
whereas obama and his "lap-dog" eric holder DESPISE the constitution.
