The trial threads are over, so some of us are “post-morteming.”

That’s normal. The question has general interest. We are now ready to go after the people and the process that lead to such a bad prosecution with otherwise pressing issues now behind.

I myself do not know the answer to the question despite studying this issue a lot. Do you? If so, tell us!

No new evidence supporting prosecution. Plenty of new evidence supporting not having a trial. Prosecutors downloaded 2000 photos from Martin's cell phone, and then ignored 6 separate discovery requests from the defense team, which in itself is grounds for disbarment.

Members of Eric Holder's Justice Department were the ones who pressured the state to prosecute. Prosecutors chose to forgo the grand jury at the recommendation of Justice Department.
