Yes, but in Florida he would have Bonded out and went in front of grand jury and it would have been over. But our pos politicians got involved along with the perpetually agreaved.
The only thing I dispute is that many people on this thread are claiming that the Sanford PD did not want to put Zimmerman in jail.
That is incorrect.
Lead Detective Serino recommended a Manslaughter charge against Zimmerman.
Sanford prosecutors said “NO.”
