What I’d like to see is the HOA to sue Crump and Martin/Fulton for fraud to get its $1M back.

That's not going to happen. The HOA, and / or their insurance carrier, got spooked by the publicity and settled of their own accord. That cannot be undone. They could have drug it into court, awaited the criminal verdict and more than likely been absolved of any liability from a civil perspective. They rolled the dice - they made a bad bet.

yeah, I know that as a *practical* matter, but would just LOVE to see that crowd of grifters have to turn back their blood money. Now I don’t see them getting another dime from any civil actions. And, seriously, how far does $1M go? After ‘costs,’ 1/3 for Crump&Co, 1/3 for Tracy Martin and 1/3 for Sabryna Fulton. Not really that much $$$.
