I would hope you would raise your kid to not be such an ignorant POS that thinks he can say anything he wants and the law will be there to protect him. As for stomping his head that didn’t happen. He was hit and fell cracking his head. There is a lot of difference there.
So if your kid happens to get drunk, and calls someone a name, is it OK with you if that person physically attacks them causing them serious injury?
